I'm so happy to be back in Stockholm again but today, Stockholm is not the prettiest of cities. Rain and wind all day so far. That makes me remember all those lovely nights we had this summer with pink skies and warm breezes.
As I often do, I started off by making a portrait drawing in graphite. I used Derwent Graphic pencils in HB, 3B and 8B.

I took a photo of this facade in Visby this summer and thought it might come in handy. I really like the mix of grays and browns together with the rugged texture of the surface.
